Nastar Keju Kenari, Variasi Nastar Yang Pasti Jadi Favorit Keluarga Tercinta


Tambahkan cincangan kacang kenari dalam isian nanas. Tambahan keju parut pada adonan kulit menjadikan cita rasa nastar jadi gurih dan  lebih mantap.

Bahan (Ingredients) :
200 gram margarin (200 grams of margarine)
30 gram gula tepung (30 grams of starchy sugar)
1/4 sendok teh garam (1/4 teaspoon salt)
1 buah kuning telur (1 egg yolks)
300 gram tepung terigu protein rendah (300 grams of low protein flour)
30 gram maizena (30 grams of cornstarch)
20 gram susu bubuk (20 grams of milk powder)
50 gram keju cheddar parut (50 grams of grated cheddar cheese)

Bahan isi (sustention ingredients):
300 gram nanas parut (300 grams of grated pineapple)
3 butir cengkeh  (3 cloves)
100 gram gula pasir (100 grams of sugar)
1/4 sendok teh garam (1/4 teaspoon salt)
50 gram kenari, dicincang kasar (50 grams of walnut, roughly chopped)

Bahan olesan (spread ingredients):
2 buah kuning telur (2 pieces of egg yolks)
1 sendok makan susu cair (1 tablespoon of liquid milk)
50 gram keju cheddar, diparut kasar (50 grams of cheddar cheese, shredded roughly)

Cara membuat Nastar Keju Kenari (How to make Nastar Walnut Cheese) :
  1. Isi, rebus nanas dan cengkeh sampai air habis. Masukkan gula pasir dan garam. Masak sambil diaduk sampai kental. Dinginkan. (Fill, boil the pineapple and cloves until the water runs out. Enter the sugar and salt. Cook, stirring until thickened. Chill.)
  2. Kocok margarin, gula tepung, dan garam 2 menit. Tambahkan kuning telur. Kocok rata. (Beat margarine, starchy sugar, and salt 2 minutes. Add the egg yolks. Shake well.)
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, dan susu bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Tambahkan keju cheddar parut. Aduk rata. (Add wheat flour, cornstarch and powdered milk while sifted and stirred evenly. Add grated cheddar cheese. Stir well.)
  4. Ambil sejumput adonan kulit. Isi dengan adonan nanas. Bentuk bulat. (Take a dash of skin. Fill with pineapple dough. Round shape.)
  5. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin. (Place it on a margarine baked sheet.)
  6. Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 140 derajat Celsius sampai setengah matang. Oleskan bahan olesan. (Oven 20 minutes with temperature 140 degree Celsius until half cooked. Apply smear material.)
  7. Taburkan keju parut. Oven 30 menit lagi sampai matang. (Sprinkle the grated cheese. Oven 30 minutes longer until cooked.)
