Nasi Kapok Menu Khas Cilacap Yang Bisa Bikin Anda Ketagihan


Beras ketan rebus dengan kelapa sebenarnya sudah sering kita temui. Yang khas  dari Nasi Kapok Cilacap adalah tempe mendoan sebagai pelengkapnya, dijamin pasti ketagihan.

Bahan Ketan (sticky rice ingredients):
400 gram beras ketan (400 grams of sticky rice)
200 ml air (200 ml of water)
1 sendok teh garam (1 teaspoon salt)

Bahan Taburan (sprinkles ingredients) :
100 gram kelapa setengah tua, kupas, parut kasar (100 grams of coconut half old, peeled, grated coarse)
1/4 sendok teh garam (1/4 teaspoon salt)

Bahan Mendoan (mendoan ingredients) :
300 gram tempe, potong tipis 10 x 15 cm, iris tipis (300 grams of tempe, cut into thin 10 x 15 cm, thinly sliced)
1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis (1 spring onion, thinly sliced)
4 lembar daun jeruk, iris tipis (4 pieces of orange leaf, thinly sliced)
150 gram tepung terigu protein sedang (150 grams of medium protein flour)
250 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa (250 ml of coconut milk from 1/4 coconut)

Bumbu Halus (refined spices):
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves of garlic)
1 sendok teh ketumbar (1 teaspoon of cilantro)
4 cm kencur (4 cm kaempferia galanga)
1 sendok teh garam (1 teaspoon salt)

Cara Membuat Nasi Kapok :
  1. Kukus ketan 10 menit. Angkat. (Steamed steamed 10 minutes. Lift.)
  2. Rebus air dan garam sampai mendidih. Tuang ke dalam ketan kukus, aduk hingga air terserap. Kukus lagi ketan 35 menit sampai matang. (Boil water and salt until boiling. Pour into steamed glutinous rice, stirring until water is absorbed. Steam another 35 minutes until cooked.)
  3. Kukus bahan taburan 20 menit. (Steamed 20 minutes of sprinkling material.)
  4. Aduk bumbu halus, tepung terigu, dan santan. Aduk rata. Tambahkan daun jeruk dan daun bawang. (Stir in fine spices, wheat flour, and coconut milk. Stir well. Add the leaves of oranges and leeks.)
  5. Celupkan tempe ke dalam adonan mendoan. Goreng sampai berkulit. (Dip the tempe into the dough mendoan. Fry until skinned.)
  6. Bulatkan ketan, taburi kelapa. sajikan bersama mendoan dan cabai rawit. (Round glutinous rice, sprinkle coconut. serve with mendoan and cayenne pepper.)
